The Daniel Island News Serves as Presenting Sponsor for Fifth Consecutive Year
The Family Circle Tennis Center, Charleston’s premier public tennis facility, hosted a Tennis Block Party presented by The Daniel Island News to showcase its many tennis programs available for the whole family from 9:00am to noon on Saturday, August 7th, 2010.
Growing the game of tennis has always been a top priority for the Family Circle Tennis Center, and this United States Tennis Association (USTA) backed initiative has been a proven catalyst for community growth throughout America’s public facilities.
This free event featured the newest tennis instructional techniques available today, provided by the Tennis Center’s Instinctive Tennis Academy (I.T.A.), all designed to introduce tennis in a fun and easy manner where everyone can quickly succeed at this sport of a lifetime.
