How can I order tickets?
Call our box office at (800) 677-2293, on the web at www.ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone at (800) 745-3000, and at Ticketmaster outlets in local Publix grocery stores.
How can I pay for my tickets?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. Checks will be accepted until one week prior to the event.
When will I receive my tickets?
All tickets will be mailed in early March, about 4 weeks before the tournament. Should you not receive all your tickets by March 31, please call the box office at (800) 677-2293.
What is the rain policy?

Am I eligible for any ticket discounts?
We have a complete list of the ticket discounts and special promotions that we are offering for the Family Circle Cup. Discounts are not available for tickets purchased online.
Where do I park during the tournament?
Parking is available in several locations on Daniel Island. Free shuttle service to the main stadium entrance will be provided to those parking in satellite lots.
Are cameras allowed into the facility?
While we do allow cameras to be brought inside the gates, no flash photography is allowed while play is in session.
What time do the matches start?
Please keep in mind that match times are subject to change due to weather, television coverage or other delays. Our match schedule is posted in the Order of Play tab as soon as it has been established.
Where is the Family Circle Tennis Center?
Located on Daniel Island, the Family Circle Tennis Center can be accessed by taking exit 24 (Daniel Island) off of I-526. Parking signs and attendants will direct you to the appropriate parking lot once you exit.
What seating options are available for handicapped patrons?
Seating for handicapped patrons is available on the concourse behind our box seating. Seating for those with other limitations and disabilities can be found just off the elevator in the second and third tiers. Please contact us at (800) 677-2293 for more info.
I need handicapped parking. What do I need to do?
In order to gain access to handicapped parking, you must present your state issued license plate or hangtag to parking attendants when you arrive on Daniel Island. They will direct you to the appropriate parking lot.
Can I bring outside food and beverage into the facility?
No - outside food or beverage will be admitted into the event, with the exception of one bottle of water per person. There are a variety of dining and snacking options offered inside the stadium grounds.
Will my bags be searched?
All bags are subject to search upon entrance to the Family Circle Tennis Center. Please pack light!
I have a three-year-old child. Do I need to buy a ticket for him/her?
Yes, but children two years of age and younger do not need a ticket to enter the facility. All other patrons must present a ticket to enter. Children 12 and under are admitted free during qualifying rounds with the purchase of an adult ticket.
How can I add my name to the box seat waiting list?

Always a fan favorite, autograph signings give you the chance to get up close and personal with your favorite players. Stop by the Guest Services Tent, located just inside the main gate, when you arrive on site to check out the autograph schedule for the day.
