Our Ticketing Department utilizes two locations on the 32-acre grounds of the Family Circle Tennis Center.
On a year-round basis, except during a two week span prior to and during the Family Circle Cup tennis tournament, our staff is located on the second floor of our clubhouse (inset image) and available from Mon. - Fri. (9am - 5pm). Call: (800) 677-2293
 During the week prior to and throughout the Family Circle Cup, all ticketing personnel staff the Ticket Kiosk located adjacent to Family Circle Magazine Stadium from 8am - 5pm and throughout the first night session match.
The Family Circle Cup ticketing department staffs both locations with a mix of employees and volunteers, all of which are available to assist our ticket patrons and assure they have the best possible experience at the tournament.
