The Center for Women (2010 Family Circle Cup Charity of Choice) receives all proceeds from items auctioned as the event approaches, and throughout the tournament.

Each autographed item comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Eleanor Adams, Family Circle Cup Tournament Manager.

Autographed Dominika Cibulkova 8x10 image
Slovakian standout Dominika Cilbulkova had a breakthrough season in 2009, reaching the first Grand Slam semifinal of her career at the French Open. She reached a career-high ranking of No. 12 during July of that season. She is making her fourth consecutive appearance at the Family Circle Cup, coming off a quarterfinal appearance here in 2009.

Caroline Wozniacki became a household name in 2009 with a strong season, culminating in the first Top 10 finish of her career (No. 4). She appeared in her first Grand Slam final at the US Open and won her fourth, fifth, and sixth Sony Ericsson WTA Tour singles titles. A finalist here at the Family Cicle Cup last season, Caroline is sure to carry over the her competitive play from 2009 at this year's tournament.

Patty Schnyder has captured the hearts of Family Circle Cup fans for 12 consecutive years. Since this historic tournament moved to Charleston in 2001, Schnyder has stood out as the clear fan-favorite in each match she’s played. Schnyder reached the Family Circle Cup championship match in 2002 and 2006, but was twice denied the trophy that was only games away each time. With a 27-13 record at the Family Circle Cup, Patty is sure to have more success in the future as she is always a serious contender to win this event each year.

Russian star Nadia Petrova is no stranger to success at the Family Circle Cup. In four previous appearances, she has reached the quarterfinals twice (2004, 2005) and was champion in 2006. She holds an 11-4 record here in Charleston and was the 2009 Cup doubles champion with partner Bethanie Mattek-Sands. She is 13th on the tournament's money leader list with $297,370. Her 2009 season was highlighted by two more doubles titles at Stuttgart and Moscow and a victory of current World No. 1 Serena Williams at Beijing.

Vera Zvonareva got off to a great start for the 2009 season, starting 20-3, a streak that included her eigth and ninth Sony Ericsson WTA Tour singles titles at Pattaya City and Indian Wells. She reached the first Grand Slam semifinal of her career at the Australian Open as a No. 7 seed. Just like fellow Russian Nadia Petrova, Vera has had her share of success at the Family Circle Cup. She is making her eigth consecutive appearace in Charleston, having reached the quartefinals in 2003 and 2004, the semifinals in 2007, and the finals in 2008. Vera has a 16-7 record at the Cup and 18th on the tournament's money leader list with $235,170 in earnings.

Elena Dementieva started off the 2010 season with a bang, winning at Sydney and defeating No. 1 seed Serena Williams en route. She is making her eigth appearance in Charleston with a 16-7 record, including two semifinal appearances (2008, 2009) and a finals appearance in 2005. Elena is also a three-time member of the Russian Olympic Team. She won gold at Beijing in 2008 and silver at Sydney in 2000.

An actual photo of this item was not available at the time this auction was posted, however, the platter will closely resemble last year’s version displayed in this photo by the first Family Circle Cup champion, Rosie Casals.




2010 Championship Match - Used Tennis Balls (Can of 3)
Balls that will be used in the 2009 Family Circle Cup Championship MatchThis incredible item is truly a piece of history in the making. These three match-used balls will be collected during the 2010 Family Circle Cup singles championship, and one (1) of the balls will be signed by the champion immediately after the match. The balls chosen for this auction will be selected by their appearance (containing many string marks) and placed in their original can for shipment to the winner.

“Winning in Doubles” Luncheon Tickets
Bring a friend and join us for the "Winning in Doubles" Luncheon during the Family Circle Cup where you can learn doubles strategy from the top pros in women's tennis. Four Sony Ericsson WTA Tour star players will give their advice and offer tips on how to succeed in doubles. These two tickets have a retail of $90 and include lunch, doubles strategy presentation, Q&A session, player autographs and a special gift. The luncheon will be held from 11:00am - 12:30pm on Tuesday,  April 13 in the Family Circle Corporate Tent, located outside the stadium's southeast corner.
