Below is a list of common questions and their answers that may help you as you order tickets for the 2005 Family Circle Cup. If you have further questions, please feel free to call our box office at (800) 677-2293 or e-mail

Where should I sit if I am concerned about the sun being in my eyes?
The Family Circle Magazine Stadium is an outdoor facility; so all sections of the stadium are in the sun at some point during the day. However, seats on the west side of the stadium get the least amount of late afternoon sun, when the day tends to be the hottest. Sections on the east side of the stadium often offer closer seating to the court.

Where will I be sitting?
When you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to make a seat location request. Though you will not be given your exact seat assignment at the time of your order, we will honor your seating preference when we process your order. Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis.

When will I receive my tickets?
All tickets will be mailed in early March, about 4 weeks before the tournament. Should you not receive all your tickets by March 31, please call the box office at (800) 677-2293.

When will my favorite player be playing?
The Main Draw for the 2005 Cup will be made on Saturday afternoon, April 7. Though we don’t know exactly when a certain player is playing, we do know that the top 8 seeds of the tournament will not play until Tuesday Night at the earliest. If she doesn’t play on Tuesday night, your favorite top player will play on Wednesday. Check our website for updated match scheduling. Match schedules are also printed in the Post & Courier.
