Family Circle Cup Online Ticketing Terms & Conditions

All orders will be processed immediately.
An email confirmation of ticket orders will be sent within 2 business days of order placement.
All seats are assigned based on the best available according to your preference at time of order.
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, there will be no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If a session of the tournament is postponed due to weather or for any other reason beyond our control, the tournament committee will make every effort to accommodate the ticket holder at a subsequent session based upon availability. However, there will be no refunds, rain checks or exchanges issued. A session will be considered complete if one match in that session is completed.

All tickets ordered after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31 will be held at Will Call. Tickets can be picked up at Will Call beginning on Monday, April 5 at the box office outside the main gate of the Family Circle Magazine Stadium between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Beginning on Saturday, April 10, the Will Call tent will be open. You must present a photo ID when you pick up your tickets. They will be filed according to the name under which the ticket order was placed. Please call (800) 677-2293 ext. 1 if you have questions.

Package Seating

Terrace Package: Treat yourself to nine days of the most exciting action in women's professional tennis with this full week package. The Terrace package includes a ticket to every session of tennis. Seating for the Terrace package is located in the first 6 rows of the second tier. Choose your location- North, South, East and West - and get a great viewing perspective! $470 per package Sold Out!

Intro Package: Catch the action at the beginning of the tournament and see all the seeds play with this package. The Intro Package includes five full sessions of tennis: 3 Weekday Sessions (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) and 2 Night Sessions (Tuesday Night and Wednesday Night). All Intro Package seating is located on the second tier of the stadium in rows 7-10. $180 per package

Finale Package: Assure yourself a prime reserved seat for the Quarterfinals, Semifinals and Finals with this package. The Finale Package includes the last 6 sessions of the tournament: Thursday, Thursday Night, Friday, Friday Night, Saturday and Sunday. All Finale Package seating is located on the second tier of the stadium in rows 7-10. $280 per package Sold Out!

Champions Package: Enjoy the weekend in style with your own reserved seat in the Terrace Level. The Champions Package includes three of the best days to attend the Cup! Catch Quarterfinal, Semi-Final and Finals action with this weekend package. Sessions 10-13 are included. $215 per package Sold Out!

Second Tier Terrace Daily Seating

Prime seating in the second tier of the stadium is available for most Individual sessions. Beginning Monday, April 12 through the night session on Thursday, April 15 you can choose seats in virtually any section in the second tier. These seats provide a comfortable and spectacular view of stadium play while giving you access to the outer courts, where seating is general admission.

Third Tier Daily Seating

Third Tier daily seating is available for every session of the 2004 Family Circle Cup. An individual session third tier ticket includes a reserved seat in the stadium along with general admission access to any of the outer courts.
